Instructions
- Place a serving plate in the fridge to chill.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, rice vinegar, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Arrange thinly sliced tuna on the chilled plate in a single layer.
- Drizzle vinaigrette evenly over the tuna slices.
- Let sit for 3–5 minutes to absorb flavor.
- Top with microgreens, radish slices, chopped chives, and flaky sea salt if using.
- Serve immediately while cold and fresh.
