These quick and easy coconut macaroons require just two ingredients—shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk—making them a perfect treat when you need something delicious in a hurry!

  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Mix the Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until the mixture is sticky and holds together.
  • Shape the Macaroons: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time, and press it into a small mound or ball with your hands. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 1 inch apart.
  • Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops and edges are golden brown.
