Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until the mixture is sticky and holds together.
- Shape the Macaroons: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time, and press it into a small mound or ball with your hands. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 1 inch apart.
- Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops and edges are golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the macaroons to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
