Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar

For the Cream Cheese Fluff:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

For the Toppings:

  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 1 white chocolate bar (for grating or shaving)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pie Crust:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • Roll out the pie crusts into 12-inch circles. Place one crust onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Egg Wash and Cinnamon Sugar:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water. Brush the pie crust with the egg wash, then sprinkle evenly with cinnamon sugar.
    • Prick the crust lightly with a fork to prevent bubbling.
  • Bake the Crust:
    • Bake the crust for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  • Make the Cream Cheese Fluff:
    • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
    • Fold in the thawed whipped topping until fully combined.
  • Assemble the Dessert Pizza:
    • Spread the cream cheese fluff evenly over the cooled crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Add Toppings:
    • Spoon the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer, spreading it gently to cover.
    • Grate or shave the white chocolate bar over the top of the pie filling.
  • Serve:
    • Slice the dessert pizza into wedges and serve immediately. Enjoy this festive and sweet treat with your loved ones!

Notes

  • You can use a store-bought or homemade pie crust, depending on your preference.
  • For an extra touch, try adding more toppings like chopped nuts or a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
