  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut (for garnishing)
  • Dried rose petals (for garnishing)

Instructions

  • Make the Dough:
    • In a bowl, mix cookie crumbs, cream cheese, powdered sugar, rose syrup, cardamom powder, vanilla extract, and almond flour.
    • Stir until a smooth, dough-like consistency forms.
  • Shape the Truffles:
    • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
    • Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Garnish & Serve:
    • Roll each truffle in shredded coconut to coat.
    • Garnish with dried rose petals for an elegant touch.
