A twist on the classic Vanilla Bean Frappuccino, this drink is infused with a sweet blue raspberry swirl for a fun, vibrant flavor! Topped with whipped cream and blue sugar crystals, it’s the perfect refreshing treat for any time of day.

Ingredients

  • Frappuccino Base:
    • 1 cup whole milk
    • 2 scoops vanilla bean ice cream
    • 1/2 cup ice cubes
    • 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • Blue Raspberry Swirl:
    • 2 tbsp blue raspberry syrup
    • 1/4 cup water
  • Toppings:
    • Whipped cream
    • Blue sugar crystals (optional)

Instructions

  • Make the Blue Raspberry Swirl: In a small saucepan, mix the blue raspberry syrup with water. Heat gently until slightly thickened, then remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Blend the Frappuccino: In a blender, combine milk, vanilla bean ice cream, ice cubes, and sugar. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Assemble the Drink: Drizzle the cooled blue raspberry syrup around the inside of your glass. Pour the vanilla frappuccino mixture into the glass.
  • Garnish and Serve: Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle blue sugar crystals for an extra pop of color.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness of the drink by adding more or less sugar to the frappuccino base.
  • For an extra burst of flavor, you can add more blue raspberry syrup on top of the whipped cream.
