Ingredients
- Egg Yolks: 2 large
- Sweetened Condensed Milk: 2 tablespoons
- Hot Strong Coffee: 1 cup
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Brew a cup of strong hot coffee.
- In a bowl, whisk egg yolks with sugar and condensed milk until light and frothy.
- Use small cups or glasses for serving.
- Pour hot coffee into the cup.
- Spoon the whipped egg mixture gently on top of the coffee.
