Description

Rich and frothy Vietnamese egg coffee with creamy egg foam atop strong hot coffee, perfect for a luxurious treat.

Ingredients

  • Egg Yolks: 2 large
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk: 2 tablespoons
  • Hot Strong Coffee: 1 cup
  • Sugar: 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Brew a cup of strong hot coffee.
  2. In a bowl, whisk egg yolks with sugar and condensed milk until light and frothy.
  3. Use small cups or glasses for serving.
  4. Pour hot coffee into the cup.
  5. Spoon the whipped egg mixture gently on top of the coffee.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of cocoa or cinnamon.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • Whip the egg yolks slowly at first, then increase speed for stable foam.
  • Serve immediately to prevent foam from deflating.
  • Use freshly brewed hot coffee for best flavor.
