- 2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups red and green gumdrops, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy lifting.
- In a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and butter.
- Melt over low heat (or microwave in 30-second intervals), stirring constantly, until fully smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt. Let cool for 3–5 minutes.
- Gently fold in chopped gumdrops.
- Spread evenly into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
- Lift out, slice into squares, and store in an airtight container.
