Description

Soft and delicate crepe rolls filled with creamy chocolate spread and whipped cream, sliced into bite-sized pieces.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate spread
  • 1 cup whipped cream


Instructions

  1. Whisk flour, milk, eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour a thin layer of batter and cook until lightly golden.
  4. Flip and cook the other side.
  5. Repeat for all batter.
  6. Spread chocolate and whipped cream on each crepe.
  7. Roll tightly and slice into pieces.
  8. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use a thin batter for best texture.
  • Do not overcook crepes.
  • Let crepes cool before filling.
