- 500 grams chicken thighs boneless
- ½ cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 flatbread
- 1 cup lettuce shredded
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- 1 cucumber sliced
- ½ cup garlic sauce
Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium high heat.
- Mix yogurt, olive oil, garlic, and spices, then coat chicken.
- Add oil to pan and cook chicken until golden.
- Cook until fully done and slightly crispy.
- Slice chicken into strips.
- Fill flatbread with chicken, vegetables, and sauce.
- Wrap and serve.
