Instructions
- Ensure your blender is clean and ready to use.
- Add the cubed seedless watermelon, fresh lime juice, honey if using, mint leaves, and ice cubes into the blender.
- Secure the blender lid firmly before starting.
- Blend on low speed at first, then gradually increase to high.
- Blend for 30 to 45 seconds until completely smooth and slightly frothy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice if needed, then blend briefly again.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately while cold and refreshing.
Notes
- Use very ripe watermelon for the best natural sweetness.
- For a thicker smoothie, use frozen watermelon cubes instead of ice.
- Do not overblend, which can make the texture too thin.
