Instructions
- Rinse the strawberries and remove the leaves and stems.
- Slice the watermelon, remove the rind, and cut it into large cubes, discarding any seeds.
- Combine the watermelon, strawberries, and orange juice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add a cup of ice for a thicker consistency and blend again until smooth and creamy.
- Serve in a chilled glass, garnished with fresh mint if desired.

- For a sweeter smoothie, feel free to add honey or a sweetener of your choice.
