Ingredients

Instructions

  • Rinse the strawberries and remove the leaves and stems.
  • Slice the watermelon, remove the rind, and cut it into large cubes, discarding any seeds.
  • Combine the watermelon, strawberries, and orange juice in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add a cup of ice for a thicker consistency and blend again until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve in a chilled glass, garnished with fresh mint if desired.
