Ingredients
Scale
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Carefully slice the potatoes into thin accordion-style cuts without cutting all the way through.
- Brush the seasoned butter mixture generously between the potato layers and place the potatoes on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, brushing with extra butter halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley immediately after baking.
- Serve hot with creamy garlic sauce.
Notes
- Slice carefully to keep the bottom of the potatoes intact.
- Brush extra butter during baking for crispier edges and deeper color.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
- Air frying also works well for extra crispiness.
