- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces and toss until evenly coated.
- Thread the chicken onto soaked skewers.
- Arrange the skewers in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
- Cook until the chicken reaches 165°F and develops golden crispy edges.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley and extra parmesan over the skewers before serving.
- Serve immediately while hot and juicy.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes before cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for better crisping.
- Freshly grated parmesan melts and crisps better than packaged cheese.
- Reheat leftovers in the air fryer to restore crispy edges.
