Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Thread the chicken onto soaked skewers.
  5. Arrange the skewers in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
  7. Cook until the chicken reaches 165°F and develops golden crispy edges.
  8. Sprinkle fresh parsley and extra parmesan over the skewers before serving.
  9. Serve immediately while hot and juicy.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes before cooking.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for better crisping.
  • Freshly grated parmesan melts and crisps better than packaged cheese.
  • Reheat leftovers in the air fryer to restore crispy edges.
