Description

A quick and satisfying wrap packed with seasoned ground beef, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, and a creamy burger-style sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup pickle slices
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish


Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and relish to make the sauce.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  5. Warm tortillas briefly until soft and flexible.
  6. Spread sauce onto each tortilla.
  7. Add lettuce, cheddar cheese, onions, pickles, and cooked beef.
  8. Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
  9. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
