Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 300 grams ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C and prepare tray.
- Mix flour, butter, salt, and water to form dough.
- Cook beef with onion, garlic, and spices.
- Roll dough, add filling and cheese, fold and seal.
- Brush with egg and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Cool slightly before serving.
