For the Topping:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Make the Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Alternatively, use a stand mixer with a dough hook for 5-7 minutes. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours or until doubled in size. -
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. -
Shape the Dough:
Punch down the risen dough and roll it out into a rectangle (about 12×8 inches) on a lightly floured surface. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet. -
Add the Toppings:
Brush the surface of the dough with melted butter. Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the butter. Generously top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. -
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden around the edges. -
Garnish and Serve:
Remove the cheesy bread from the oven and let it cool slightly. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top if desired. Slice into strips or squares and serve warm.

- For a bit more flavor, add Italian seasoning to the dough or topping.
