Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs, sliced
  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
  • 1 ½ cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and bring a medium pot of water to a boil.
  2. Season the sliced chicken thighs with salt and black pepper.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and cook the chicken for 6 to 8 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions until just tender, then drain.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring gently over medium heat.
  7. Add parmesan cheese gradually and stir until melted into a smooth creamy sauce.
  8. Add the cooked ramen noodles and chicken back into the skillet and toss until fully coated.
  9. Sprinkle parsley and red pepper flakes on top and serve immediately.

  • Use freshly grated parmesan for the smoothest sauce texture.
