- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs, sliced
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
- 1 ½ cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and bring a medium pot of water to a boil.
- Season the sliced chicken thighs with salt and black pepper.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and cook the chicken for 6 to 8 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions until just tender, then drain.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring gently over medium heat.
- Add parmesan cheese gradually and stir until melted into a smooth creamy sauce.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles and chicken back into the skillet and toss until fully coated.
- Sprinkle parsley and red pepper flakes on top and serve immediately.
