Soft cheesy garlic rolls brushed with rich garlic butter and topped with melted mozzarella and parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound prepared pizza dough
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Divide the pizza dough into equal pieces and shape into rolls.
  4. Arrange the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Brush generously with garlic butter.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Brush with extra garlic butter after baking.
  9. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top.
  10. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

  • Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting.
  • Brush with garlic butter twice for extra flavor.
