- 1 pound prepared pizza dough
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Divide the pizza dough into equal pieces and shape into rolls.
- Arrange the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
- Brush generously with garlic butter.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Brush with extra garlic butter after baking.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
