  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes onto a sheet pan in a single layer.
  4. Roast the potatoes for 30 minutes until crispy and golden.
