Fudgy chocolate cookies with crackled tops and rich brownie-like centers
Ingredients

- 200 grams dark chocolate melted
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt chocolate and butter together.
- Mix in sugars and eggs until glossy.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add chocolate chips and mix gently.
- Scoop dough onto lined baking tray.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Do not overbake for fudgy centers
- Use high quality chocolate
- Let cookies cool before handling
