Rich and creamy churro cheesecake bars with a cinnamon sugar crust and soft layered texture.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans crescent dough sheets
  • 450 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Grease baking dish and sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
  4. Layer first dough sheet, add filling, then top with second dough.
  5. Brush with butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  7. Cool completely, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese
  • Cool before slicing
  • Do not overbake
