Instructions
- Add brewed coffee, coconut milk, frozen banana, sweetener, vanilla extract (if using), and ice cubes into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides if needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more sweetener, milk, or ice.
- Pour into a tall glass or jar.
