- 12 taco shells
- 0.5 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 0.5 cup tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned.
- Drain excess fat and return beef to skillet.
- Stir in tomato sauce and spices and simmer for a few minutes.
- Warm taco shells.
- Fill shells with beef mixture.
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese on top.
- Serve immediately.
