Crispy beef tacos filled with seasoned ground beef, fresh toppings, and melted cheese for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 12 taco shells
  • 0.5 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat and return beef to skillet.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce and spices and simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Warm taco shells.
  6. Fill shells with beef mixture.
  7. Add lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese on top.
  8. Serve immediately.
