- 8 crispy taco shells

- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded lettuce

- 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Prepare lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and onions for toppings.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Stir in chipotle sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and diced onions. Cook for 3 to 4 more minutes.
