Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the potatoes into long fries.
- Toss the fries with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a large bowl.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

- Return the fries to the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Drizzle warm cheese sauce over the top.
