Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • Seasonings: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika

Instructions

  • Layer It Up:
In your crockpot, layer the cubed steak, diced potatoes, and diced onion. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika for flavor.
  • Add the Liquid:
In a small bowl, mix the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this mixture evenly over the layers in the crockpot.
  • Cook:
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the steak is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
  • Add the Cheese:
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top during the last 10–15 minutes of cooking. Cover and let it melt.
  • Serve & Enjoy:
Scoop into bowls and serve warm. Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions if desired!

Notes

  • Make sure to use a lean cut of sirloin steak for best results.
  • You can adjust the seasonings according to your taste.
  • For a creamier texture, add a bit of sour cream or heavy cream after cooking.
