- 2 cups cooked diced chicken breast
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 3 tablespoons dairy-free butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and warm cooked chicken.
- Add garlic, dairy-free butter, and vegetable broth to the skillet.
- Drain noodles and add to skillet, tossing to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

- Use good quality dairy-free butter for best flavor
- Do not overcook noodles
- Add pasta water if needed for texture
