Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (30g)
  • 1/2 cup chopped Medjool dates (85g)
  • 1 large egg


Instructions

1. Prep the Dates: If your dates are very firm, soften them by soaking in hot water for a few minutes. Drain and chop.
2. Combine Ingredients:In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped walnuts, and chopped dates.
3. Add the Egg: Beat the egg in a small bowl and pour it into the dry ingredients.
4. Mix Well: Stir everything together until ingredients are well combined and the dough starts to form.
5. Shape the Cookies: Use your hands to shape the dough into small balls or flatten them slightly to form cookies.
6. Bake: Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
