- 4 boneless chicken fillets, cut into strips
- 2 cups crushed nacho cheese chips
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a wire rack.
- Whisk together eggs and milk in one bowl.
- In another bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place crushed nacho cheese chips into a third shallow bowl.
- Coat each chicken strip in the flour mixture, dip into the egg mixture, then press into the crushed chips until fully coated.
- Arrange the coated chicken on the baking sheet and lightly drizzle or spray with olive oil.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until crispy and fully cooked.
- Cool slightly before serving with dipping sauces.
