Crunchy and creamy Dubai chocolate bars filled with pistachio cream and crispy toasted kunafa wrapped in a glossy chocolate shell.


Ingredients

  • 14 ounces milk chocolate, melted
  • 2 cups shredded kunafa pastry
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup pistachio cream
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 small pinch salt


Instructions

  1. Prepare a loaf pan or silicone mold with parchment paper if needed.
  2. In a bowl, mix pistachio cream, tahini, chopped pistachios, and salt until smooth.
  3. Melt the butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the shredded kunafa pastry and toast until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Stir the toasted kunafa into the pistachio mixture until fully coated.
  6. Spread a layer of melted chocolate into the mold and chill briefly until slightly firm.
  7. Add the pistachio kunafa filling evenly over the chocolate layer.
  8. Cover with the remaining melted chocolate and smooth the top.
  9. Sprinkle extra chopped pistachios on top if desired.
  10. Chill until fully firm, then slice into bars and serve.
