Description

Juicy garlic-infused burgers paired with a creamy roasted garlic sauce, all stacked on toasted buns with crisp lettuce and tomatoes for a flavor-packed bite every time.

Ingredients

  • Ground Beef: 1 pound (80/20 blend)
  • Garlic Cloves (minced): 6 cloves
  • Onion Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: ½ teaspoon
  • Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise: ½ cup
  • Roasted Garlic (mashed): 1 head
  • Lemon Juice: 1 teaspoon
  • Dijon Mustard: 1 teaspoon
  • Burger Buns: 4
  • Lettuce Leaves: 4
  • Tomato Slices: 4

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Heat a cast iron skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix the ground beef with minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Gently shape into 4 equal patties.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Add olive oil to the hot skillet and swirl to coat.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Place patties into the pan. Sear for 3–4 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Cook to Perfection: While burgers cook, whisk together mayonnaise, mashed roasted garlic, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl until smooth.
  6. Finishing Touches: Toast buns lightly in a dry skillet or toaster. Spread garlic sauce on both halves. Add lettuce, tomato, and the hot patty.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Stack the buns, press gently, and dig in while everything’s warm and juicy.

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic for the boldest flavor.
  • Toast your buns to prevent sogginess and add texture.
  • Rest the patties after cooking to lock in juices.
