- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the dish and sprinkle remaining breadcrumb mixture over the top.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque and topping is golden.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Pat shrimp dry before seasoning to help coating stick.
