Description

Tender, juicy shrimp baked with a golden Parmesan and garlic crust, ready in just 20 minutes for a quick yet indulgent meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges, for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  4. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the dish and sprinkle remaining breadcrumb mixture over the top.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque and topping is golden.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Pat shrimp dry before seasoning to help coating stick.
  • Grate Parmesan fresh for the best flavor.
