Description

These garlic Parmesan roasted shrimp are tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. With a simple seasoning blend and a quick roast in the oven, this easy dish is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion appetizer.

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon


Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Mixture:

    • In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Coat the Shrimp:

    • Toss the shrimp in the mixture until they are well coated.
  • Arrange on Baking Sheet:

    • Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast the Shrimp:

    • Roast in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the shrimp are pink, golden, and cooked through.
