- 2 balls burrata cheese

- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Brush the peach halves lightly with olive oil.
- Place peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until grill marks appear.
- Arrange burrata cheese on a serving platter.
- Place the grilled peaches around the burrata.
- Tear the burrata open gently to reveal the creamy center.
- Drizzle honey and balsamic glaze over the dish.
- Sprinkle with flaky salt, black pepper, and fresh basil leaves.
