Ingredients

  • 1 large sub roll
  • 200 grams grilled chicken
  • 2 slices cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced onion
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper


Instructions

  1. Toast the bread lightly.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread dressing on bread.
  4. Layer chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  5. Optional, heat sandwich slightly.
  6. Press gently and slice.
  7. Serve immediately.
