A fresh and crunchy broccoli apple salad with a light no-mayo dressing


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 large apple
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Chop broccoli and apple
  2. Add broccoli, apple, and carrots to a bowl
  3. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper
  4. Pour dressing over salad
  5. Toss until evenly coated
  6. Let sit for 15 to 20 minutes
  7. Serve fresh
