Ingredients

- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 large apple
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Chop broccoli and apple
- Add broccoli, apple, and carrots to a bowl
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper
- Pour dressing over salad
- Toss until evenly coated
- Let sit for 15 to 20 minutes
- Serve fresh
