Ingredients

- 2 cups diced chicken breast
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 200 grams noodles
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, cornstarch, and sesame oil.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Cook chicken until lightly golden.
- Add garlic and broccoli, cook until slightly tender.
- Add noodles and sauce, toss well.
- Cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Do not overcook broccoli
- Stir continuously for even coating
- Add water when reheating if needed
