A healthy one-pan meal with tender chicken, crisp broccoli, and noodles coated in a light savory sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups diced chicken breast
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 200 grams noodles
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, cornstarch, and sesame oil.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  4. Cook chicken until lightly golden.
  5. Add garlic and broccoli, cook until slightly tender.
  6. Add noodles and sauce, toss well.
  7. Cook until sauce thickens.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Do not overcook broccoli
  • Stir continuously for even coating
  • Add water when reheating if needed
