Prepare the Flan Mixture:

Prepare the Heart-Shaped Ramekins:
- Lightly grease the heart-shaped ramekins with butter or non-stick spray.

-
Bake the Flan:

-
Unmold & Garnish:
- Run a knife along the edges of each ramekin and carefully invert onto serving plates.
- Garnish with strawberries, blueberries, pomegranate arils, and fresh mint.
-
Serve:
- Serve immediately or chill for a few more hours to make it extra refreshing!
Notes
- For an extra touch, you can drizzle melted chocolate over the top just before serving.
- This dessert can be prepared the day before to save time on the day of serving.
