- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch

- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 5 cups cooking oil, for frying
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into fries
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices bread
Instructions
- Heat cooking oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk and eggs.
- Add chicken tenderloins and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and breadcrumbs.
- Remove chicken from marinade and coat each piece thoroughly in the flour mixture.
- Fry chicken in batches for 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Fry potatoes separately until crispy and golden.
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl to create the dipping sauce.
- Toast bread slices until lightly golden.
- Serve chicken fingers hot with fries, toast, and dipping sauce.
