Ingredients

- 1 large honeycrisp apple, diced
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Add broccoli, apple, carrots, pecans, and cranberries to a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over salad.
- Toss until evenly coated.
