- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil. Place a wire rack on top.
- Pat wings dry and toss with baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Arrange wings evenly on the wire rack.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine butter, garlic, honey, hot sauce, and soy sauce until warm and glossy.
- Toss the baked wings gently in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the wings and serve immediately.

- Dry the wings thoroughly before seasoning for extra crispy skin.
- Use freshly minced garlic for stronger flavor.
- Toss the wings in sauce right before serving.
