- 8 lasagna noodles, broken into large chip-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup marinara sauce, warmed for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Boil lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain and cool slightly.
- Break the noodles into large chip-sized pieces.
- Toss the noodle pieces with olive oil, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the chips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley while warm.
- Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
