Description

Crunchy baked lasagna noodle chips coated with parmesan and Italian seasoning, served with warm marinara sauce for dipping.


Ingredients

  • 8 lasagna noodles, broken into large chip-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup marinara sauce, warmed for dipping


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain and cool slightly.
  3. Break the noodles into large chip-sized pieces.
  4. Toss the noodle pieces with olive oil, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the chips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley while warm.
  8. Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Dry the noodles well before seasoning for crispier chips.
  • Do not overcrowd the baking sheet.
  • Air fryers work well for extra crunchy texture.
  • Store cooled chips in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
