- 6 slices bread
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture on bread slices.
- Place bread in pan and add cheese on top.
- Cover and cook until cheese melts and bread is golden.
- Remove, cool slightly, and serve.
Notes
- Use medium heat to avoid burning
- Cover pan to melt cheese faster
- Serve immediately for best texture
