- 24 ladyfinger biscuits
- 2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup Nutella
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into mascarpone cheese until smooth.
- Dip ladyfingers quickly into cooled coffee.
- Layer dipped biscuits in a dish.
- Spread mascarpone cream and Nutella over the layer.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
- Dust cocoa powder on top and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Do not oversoak biscuits
- Chill overnight for best texture
- Use a sharp knife for slicing
