A creamy and indulgent Nutella tiramisu cake layered with mascarpone cream, coffee soaked biscuits, and rich chocolate hazelnut spread.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 ladyfinger biscuits
  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup strong coffee
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  2. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  3. Dip ladyfingers quickly into cooled coffee.
  4. Layer dipped biscuits in a dish.
  5. Spread mascarpone cream and Nutella over the layer.
  6. Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
  7. Dust cocoa powder on top and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Do not oversoak biscuits
  • Chill overnight for best texture
  • Use a sharp knife for slicing
