Ingredients

  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped


Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook chicken until lightly browned.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms, sauté until soft.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and add noodles.
  5. Simmer until noodles are tender and liquid is absorbed.
