Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 grams chicken
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup cream
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Heat pan over medium heat
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned
  4. Add broth and noodles and simmer
  5. Cook until noodles are tender
  6. Add peas and cream and cook briefly
  7. Serve warm

Notes

  • Stir often to prevent sticking
  • Add broth if needed
  • Do not overcook noodles
