A creamy and comforting one-pan chicken and noodles dish made with parmesan cheese, perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast diced
  • 3 cups egg noodles
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Heat pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook chicken in olive oil until browned.
  3. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  4. Add broth, cream, noodles, and seasoning.
  5. Simmer until noodles are tender.
  6. Stir in parmesan until melted.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use fresh parmesan for best texture
  • Do not overcook noodles
  • Add broth if sauce thickens too much
