- 500 g chicken breast diced
- 3 cups egg noodles
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Heat pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken in olive oil until browned.
- Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Add broth, cream, noodles, and seasoning.
- Simmer until noodles are tender.
- Stir in parmesan until melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh parmesan for best texture
- Do not overcook noodles
- Add broth if sauce thickens too much
