A comforting one-pan roasted chicken and noodle bake with tender chicken, creamy noodles, and a golden baked finish.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 300 grams egg noodles
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cream
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix chicken, broth, cream, garlic, butter, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Grease a baking dish.
- Add noodles and pour mixture over.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle parsley on top.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Do not overcook noodles before baking.
- Cover during first half of baking if needed.
- Add broth when reheating.
