Description

A comforting one-pan roasted chicken and noodle bake with tender chicken, creamy noodles, and a golden baked finish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 300 grams egg noodles
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix chicken, broth, cream, garlic, butter, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grease a baking dish.
  4. Add noodles and pour mixture over.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle parsley on top.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overcook noodles before baking.
  • Cover during first half of baking if needed.
  • Add broth when reheating.
