Crispy parmesan zucchini chips baked until golden brown with savory herbs and cheesy flavor in every crunchy bite.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and parmesan cheese.
  3. Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle remaining parmesan mixture over the zucchini rounds.
  5. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly so the coating crisps up.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
