  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced pimentos, drained

  • 1/2 cup pepper jelly
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, diced pimentos, garlic powder, and black pepper until creamy.
  2. Arrange the buttery crackers on a serving platter.
  3. Spoon or pipe the pimento cheese mixture evenly onto each cracker.
  4. Top each cracker with a small spoonful of pepper jelly.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions.
